A perfect finish depends on what happens beneath the surface. After years of working alongside builders and bathroom installers, I’d seen how often preparation was rushed and technical specifications overlooked. That’s what made me want to build wetrooms myself.
From waterproofing (tanking), drainage and falls to underfloor heating, my preparation is as careful as my final cuts. I work with porcelain, natural stone, marble and handmade tiles, and I want the finished room to look as good as it works.

From concept
to completion
You can be as involved as you like in the design and technical decisions, from how the shower will work to the choice of tiles and the final finish.
Natural stone & marble
Careful handling, cutting and laying of marble, limestone and other natural stone, with real attention to layout, cuts and finishing details.
Wall & floor tiling
Bathrooms, kitchen splashbacks and feature walls, from large-format porcelain to handmade and patterned tiles.
Underfloor heating
Electric underfloor heating installed and levelled beneath your chosen finish, so it works as well as it looks.

Meet Craig McCaffrey
It started with handmade tiles.
I came into tiling through making my own tiles, with over 20 years’ experience. I’ve also qualified as a gas and heating engineer. I’ve led site teams, carried out full residential renovations, worked closely with M&E and developed a specialism in wet rooms. Based in Farnham, though my work has taken me as far as Rome.

From working out the falls and waterproofing to getting the tile layout and finish just right, I take care over every detail. You’ll deal with me directly, from the first conversation to the final finish.
I work with local people, and with my small team, Mark, Lee and Byron, so every project gets the same care.
I’m a family man and have spent nine years as a local Scout leader. The promise to do my best means something to me, on every project.
